Adorable ornament for my son who works substation for the power plant. He spends many hours in a truck just like this.
The quality of this ornament is great..not a cheap plastic. And his last name on the license plate topped it off. His kids love it too!
The ornament is very cute, but I wish it could have been personalized more. I tried to use a fine point paint marker to put the initials of the Electric company on the door of the truck, but it looks horrible It needed to be written on before it was sealed in the acrylic. The thickness shows that it was added, and not actually part of the ornament.
My late husband was a Lineman. He's been gone now 12 years. I see this ornament on the website often. So I also, have a son-in-law that is a lineman. I saw this ornament and I had to get it for my three girls. It's a memory for them. I plan to give it to them for Thanksgiving so they can have it for their Christmas Tree. THEY WILL LOVE IT.
