The ideal is nice, the piece is very sturdy but it gives the illusion that it’s 3D but it’s not and on my particular piece they didn’t carve out the piece marked with an X, under the headphones and the piece between the headphones and microphone. When I brought this to their attention, customer service was prompt in responding and also offered me a 10% discount. It wasn’t about the money, I really wanted what I saw on instagram but the fact that they offered that said a lot. I will buy from them in the future.
